Recommended Dosage Range for Microdosing

When microdosing, we recommend anywhere from 0.15g to 0.3g of dried mushrooms. For reference, a higher, recreational dose is around 2g to 3g, demonstrating how low a microdose really is. For the first two weeks of your microdosing schedule, start with the lowest possible dose, and then add on after that if you choose. Expect to feel the effects of microdosing to last around five hours, which is shorter than a recreational dose, but provides lingering effects throughout the coming days. 

Methods of Consumption and Administration

There are a few different ways to microdose mushrooms. The most common method is to buy a package of dried mushrooms and then weigh out the dose yourself. This consumption method requires quite a bit more planning, work, and math, though, so we recommend buying pre-measured doses from a trusted source.
