Where is my order?
Every order ships with a tracking number. Our Track order page shows where yours is. You need your order number and the email you ordered with.
If something looks wrong, send us a message below with your order number.
How do I pay?
By Interac e-Transfer. After you place your order you get the instructions to send it. We do not take credit cards or PayPal.
If the transfer gives you trouble, write to us and we will walk you through it.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on every order over $200, counted after any discount code. Under $200, Regular shipping is $17.95. At any order total, Priority Service costs $24.95 and Express Shipping $49.95 if you need it sooner.
Every order also comes with a free gift and a tracking number.
Do you offer discreet shipping?
Yes. Every order ships in a plain box with no mushroom imagery and a generic return address, so nothing on the outside says what is inside.
