At the same time, I’ve noticed a kind of “solution gravity” in tech: if something is messy and human, the instinct is to automate it. And psychedelics are messy and human by design. Trying to optimize that mess into a product can easily turn support into something performative—or worse, into a substitute for the kind of care that requires a nervous system, not a model.

So the question becomes less “Can AI help?” and more:

Microdosing is often framed as gentle and functional. Add an AI coach and it becomes an optimization stack: dose → track → analyze → adjust → repeat. That can be supportive.
