Hey,
I want to be upfront about something.
We sell two very different gummy products, and based on what I’m hearing, a lot of people aren’t totally sure which one they have – or what to actually do with it. That’s on us. So let’s fix that right now, no fluff.
First: Two Products, Two Very Different Experiences
We have Microdose Gummies and Macrodose Gummies. They sound similar. They’re not.
Microdosing is taking a sub-perceptual amount – meaning you shouldn’t feel high. The whole point is that you function normally. Most people report feeling a bit more focused, emotionally even, or quietly creative. If you’re suddenly seeing things differently or losing track of time, that’s not microdosing anymore. That’s something else.
Macrodosing is an intentional, significant psychedelic experience. You will feel it. That’s the point — but it also means you need to approach it very differently than you’d approach your morning routine.
Neither is better. They’re just for completely different things.
Our Microdose Gummies (Golden Teacher, 100mg Per Gummy)
Start with one gummy. That’s 100mg. Seriously – just one.
If you’re new to this, give it at least a week before you adjust anything. The effects of microdosing are cumulative and subtle. A lot of people take their first dose, feel “nothing,” and immediately double up. That’s the most common mistake I see, and it usually leads to an unexpectedly strong afternoon.
What you should feel: a slight lift. Maybe more presence in conversations. A bit less resistance when you sit down to do something you’ve been avoiding. Some people feel nothing noticeable at all — that’s also normal and doesn’t mean it’s not working.
What you shouldn’t feel: visuals, strong body sensations, time distortion, or anything that makes you feel like you need to stop what you’re doing.
For frequency, the simplest version of the Fadiman protocol is: one day on, two days off. Take it Monday, skip Tuesday and Wednesday, take it Thursday, and so on. This prevents your body from building tolerance and keeps the effects clean. Don’t take it every day.
The packaging says 1-2 gummies -and that’s accurate. Two is fine if you’ve done a few rounds and want to feel a little more grounded in the experience. But if you’re chasing an actual effect, a noticeable shift, something that feels like something – that’s not really what this product is for. That’s a different intention, and honestly, a different product. We’ll get to that.

Our Macrodose Gummies (1000mg Per Gummy)
Okay. I need to say this clearly: 1000mg is not a microdose. It is not even close.
One full Macrodose Gummy is a significant psychedelic experience. For most people – especially if they’re not experienced – it’s a lot. If you’ve been treating these like your morning supplement, please stop and read this twice.
If you’re newer to this, the safest approach is to start with a quarter or half a gummy, give yourself three to four hours to fully feel what’s happening before you consider taking more, and treat it like an event – not an afterthought. Set aside real time. Be somewhere you feel safe and comfortable. Have someone you trust nearby if possible.
At a full dose, you can expect altered perception, emotional depth, a significant shift in how you’re experiencing time and your surroundings. That’s not a warning to scare you – it’s just the reality of what 1000mg does. People have genuinely meaningful experiences with this dose. But only when they go in with intention, not when they’re half-watching Netflix and wondering if they should take another one because they “don’t feel anything yet.”
That waiting-and-wondering space is exactly when people take more than they meant to. Resist it.
The Most Common Mistakes (And Why They Happen)
Taking too much too fast is the big one. Psychedelics have a delayed onset – sometimes 45 minutes to 90 minutes before you feel the full effect. The temptation to redose in that window is real, and it almost always leads somewhere uncomfortable.
Expecting to feel something obvious from microdosing is the second one. Microdosing doesn’t feel like being high. If you’re looking for a noticeable effect to confirm it’s “working,” you’re probably chasing the wrong thing.
Using macrodose products on impulse is the third. This isn’t a casual product. It’s not bad – it’s just not the kind of thing you want to decide on at 10pm with no plan.
Underneath all of these is the same thing: urgency. People rush dosing because they want to feel better fast, or they’re skeptical it’ll work, or they’re just impatient. I get it. But with this stuff, slower is almost always the right answer.
Simple Rules Of Thumb
If you feel it strongly during a microdose session, you’ve taken too much. Next time, use less.
If you’re questioning whether your macrodose is “doing anything” in the first hour – wait. It’s doing something.
If you’re not sure which product you have, check the label. 100mg = microdose. 1000mg = macrodose. Don’t guess.
If any of this is still unclear, just reply to this email. We’re a real team and we actually read these ❤️
And if you’re still figuring out which product makes sense for where you’re at -that’s a completely fair place to be. There’s no rush.
